DiGi Mobile Services Customer Terms

You confirm herewith the acceptance of the full DiGi Customer terms. The terms are accessed at http://www.digi.com.my/.

Terms & Conditions for Ustadku:

Thank you for subscribing to the Ustadku Club (in the following referred to as SERVICE) for DiGi users in Malaysia.

With the subscription, you agree to be bound by these subscription terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) between you and 8 Elements Sdn.Bhd or any of 8elements affiliates or related companies IN ADDITION to our general terms of use and DiGi’s’s mobile service customer terms.

1. Service

The SERVICE is a weekly-based installment service which is activated when you confirm the subscription on the SERVICE mobile site or via SMS. The subscription to SERVICE allows you to stream videos from this mobile site every week according to 8elements catalogue for only RM 3 per week (WEB/WAP/DATA connection charges are not included).

Your annual subscription to SERVICE is a weekly membership installment payment which recurs if you have not unsubscribed. You can unsubscribe to SERVICE at any time (please note the minimum subscription period of 2 weeks) by clicking on STOP subscription in the designated “My Service” section. Once you have unsubscribed, you will lose all access to the contents and will not be able to stream any videos in Ustadku. 8elements reserves the right to end your subscription at will.

2. Conditions

This service is available to DiGi subscribers only.

3. Access to the SERVICE

In order to gain access to SERVICE, you will first need to click on Join Now or Confirm on any banner or website or the mobile site itself. You will then be charged RM 3 for that week. Following that, you can access SERVICE to choose and stream videos as many as you want during your subscription period. Every week, you will be charged RM 3 and be given access to all available videos. You will be a member of the SERVICE until you unsubscribe.

4. Specific Terms for SERVICE

During the period when you are a member of SERVICE, you will be able to stream any videos you want for a week.

Please note that the minimum subscription period is 2 weeks.

If you unsubscribe within the first 2 weeks of your subscription, you will be blacklisted for a period of 4 weeks and after 4 weeks, you will then be allowed to subscribe again to SERVICE.

5. Payments

You, the subscriber, will be charged each week on your phone bill RM 3. If you are a prepaid user, please ensure that you have enough credits on your prepaid card before you subscribe to SERVICE.

6. Personal Information

You have the right to gain access, amend and/or oppose the communication of data by 8elements on yourself on request by writing to 8Elements Sdn.Bhd at 2-37, PV 128, 128, Jalan Genting Klang, 53300 Kuala Lumpur SAR.

7. Modifications

8elements reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions for SERVICE at any time.

8. Governing Law

The Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.  You, as a subscriber, irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysia courts notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based.

9. Member Benefits

Please note that all member benefits if there are any on offer are for a limited period of 3 months only. Members will have to show the Member Benefits WEB page for discounts to be applicable. Additional terms & conditions are available at the respective brands’ retail outlets.

For all member contests, please check instores at respective brands for detailed terms & conditions. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained. Please note that any prize, credits or refund which is not claimed within 1 month will be forfeited.
